Coastal Lamb Hotpot
If anything says ‘winter’ it’s a lamb hotpot. Inspired by this most quintessential of Kiwi dishes, we created the Coastal Lamb Hotpot sausage, a heart-warming, memory-evoking sensation made from premium (New Zealand, of course) coastal lamb. We took that lamb, which had been naturally seasoned by the sea, and combined it with lashings of kumara and carrot, and a dash of rich port wine. The outcome is as wholesome and authentic as it is aromatic and flavourful!
Hellers Coastal Lamb Hotpot sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
