Stout, Mushroom and Angus Beef

To create our Stout, Mushroom and Angus Beef sausage we partnered with local brewery Garage Project – and it turned out to be a match made in heaven! The result is a true winter classic; a mouth-watering combination of premium Angus Beef and the smooth black goodness of Aro Noir, one of New Zealand’s finest stouts. Enjoy!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Hellers Stout, Mushroom and Angus Beef sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
