Continental Frankfurter

This popular German sausage is a crowd pleaser and perfect for an easy dinner such as hotdogs in a bun. Hellers Continental Frankfurter was developed from a traditional recipe made from pork, beef and continental spices, smoked then cooked.

Cooking instructions

Bring the water to the boil, turn down to a slow simmer then add the Hellers Continental Frankfurter’s and heat through until hot. Do not re boil the water, as this will cause the skins to split.

Meat (70%) (Beef, Pork), Water, Starch, Salt, Spice, Mineral Salt (451), Flavour Enhancer (621), Garlic, Onion, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrite (250), Flavour, Spice Extract. Edible Casing: Colours (160b,160c).
