Chicken and Smokey Maple Bacon

It’s been said that bacon is the answer to any question. And so, when asked to find the perfect companion for chicken in our new range of winter sausages, we immediately looked to bacon. We started by combining our famous Hellers bacon with sweet, 100% Kiwi chicken, before imbuing the entire creation with a smokey maple twist. While we might not have solved the world’s problems, we think we’ve come up with a pretty darn good option when it comes to light meals on cold, wintry days!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Hellers Chicken and Smokey Maple Bacon sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
