Lamb and Kumara Hotpot

When it comes to winter, few things are quite as enticing as a delicious lamb shank hotpot. Inspired by this classic Kiwi dish we created the Lamb and Kumara Hotpot sausage, a taste-sensation made from premium New Zealand lamb.  We took that succulent lamb and added lashings of kumara and carrot, and a dash of rich port wine – a combination that’s guaranteed to warm the soul on those chilly winter nights!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Hellers Lamb and Kumara Hotpot sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
