Spanish Chorizo (Precooked)
Hellers Spanish Chorizo are made with finely chopped pork, venison and beef that is lightly seasoned with the traditional spices of the Spanish culture to make a sausage that has a little kick. They are then filled into a 30mm casing, cooked and vacuum packed. These are great for the family BBQ, picnic or summer holiday.
Hellers Spanish Chorizo sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
