Pulled Pork, Smoked Havarti and Spinach Pizza

Cook Time: 8 minutes
Start by preheating your oven and oven tray as high as your oven will go around 250°C plus.
Onto your pizza base sprinkle the grated smoked havarti cheese evenly and top with sliced red onion and spinach leaves. Place the Hellers pulled pork in little mounds over and around the spinach leaving small gaps here and there. Finish by seasoning with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Place directly onto the very hot oven tray and cook till the cheese is melted and golden and the base is crispy [approx. 6-8 mins].

- 1 Thin Crust Pizza Base
- 90g approx. Hellers Pulled Pork
- 2-3 handfuls Smoked Havarti Cheese,
- 2 handfuls Spinach Leaves
- ¼ Red Onion thinly sliced
- Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
