Streaky Bacon

Made from the belly of pork, very versatile from wrapping around prunes to make devils on horse back to using to make some of the best weekend bacon butties. Hellers Streaky Bacon is cured and manuka smoked to give it that distinctive flavour and yet it’s great value and a real winner with the whole family.

Cooking Instructions

Under the grill: place bacon on grill tray below heat for approx. 3-4 minutes each side.
In the frying pan: brown bacon for approx. 10 minutes at a medium heat turning frequently.
In the oven: heat oven to 200ºC. Bake bacon for 12-18 minutes, no turning necessary.
