Butter Chicken Roti Wraps

What you will need

  • 1 pack Hellers Butter Chicken
  • 1 x 250g Pack Pre-Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 2 Cups Crisp Cos Lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp Tzatziki Yoghurt Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 1 Green Chilli, Sliced
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Large Roti
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Pour the Hellers Butter Chicken into a small saucepan, and heat on low to medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until gently simmering and heated through to piping hot.
  2. Heat the rice in the microwave according to pack instructions
  3. Heat the roti according to pack instructions
  4. To serve, place the roti on a plate, add rice, lettuce and top with butter chicken. Top with the raita, mango chutney, coriander and sliced chilli if desired. Squeeze over a little lime juice and eat. Serves 2
