What you will need
- 1 pack Hellers Butter Chicken
- 1 x 250g Pack Pre-Cooked Basmati Rice
- 2 Cups Crisp Cos Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp Tzatziki Yoghurt Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mango Chutney
- 1 Green Chilli, Sliced
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 Large Roti
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Pour the Hellers Butter Chicken into a small saucepan, and heat on low to medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until gently simmering and heated through to piping hot.
- Heat the rice in the microwave according to pack instructions
- Heat the roti according to pack instructions
- To serve, place the roti on a plate, add rice, lettuce and top with butter chicken. Top with the raita, mango chutney, coriander and sliced chilli if desired. Squeeze over a little lime juice and eat. Serves 2
