Classic Butter Chicken with Naan, Raita & Coriander
What you will need
- 1 pack Hellers Butter Chicken
- 1 x 250g pack pre-cooked basmati rice
- 1 - 2 naan breads
- 2 Tbsp Raita sauce
- 2 Tbsp coriander, chopped
- Pour the Hellers Butter Chicken into a small saucepan, and heat on low to medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until gently simmering and heated through to piping hot.
- Cook the rice in the microwave according to pack instructions.
- Heat the naan in the microwave or toaster according to pack instructions.
- Divide the rice into two bowls. Top with the butter chicken, raita and coriander. Serve immediately with the hot naan breads. Serves 2
