Easy Mexican Mince Wraps with Slaw, Sour Cream & Coriander

What you will need

  • 1 pack Hellers Mexican Mince
  • 2 large fresh wraps
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ pack coleslaw or 2 cups finely sliced cabbage
  • Handful of cherry toms, halved
  • ¼ cup Jalapenos, sliced
  • Handful of cherry toms
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Place the mince in a saucepan. Heat until hot – about 3-5 minutes. Warm the wraps if needed.
  2. Spread the sour cream over the wrap, top with coleslaw, cherry tomatoes, and jalapenos. Spoon over the hot mince, and top with cheese, sour cream and coriander leaves. Fold up and eat. Serves 2
