Italian Mince on Toast with an Egg

What you will need

  • 1 pack Hellers Italian Mince
  • 2 large slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Place the mince in a saucepan and heat until just bubbling. Heat a little oil in a frypan and fry the eggs, or alternatively you can poach them. Toast the bread, and butter while hot.
  2. Place a slice of toast on a plate, spoon over the hot mince, and top with a cooked egg. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and some parsley. Serves 2
