What you will need
- Hellers Chorizo Pork Kebabs
- Pita pockets
- Chopped cherry tomatoes
- Favourite chutney
- Cos lettuce
- 250g natural yoghurt
- 1 small bunch of fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of fresh chives finely chopped
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 1 limed juiced
- Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pan fry or bbq Hellers Chorizo Pork Kebabs unto golden and thoroughly cooked.
- Place kebabs on a wooden board or platter and serve with warmed pita pockets, chopped cherry tomatoes, your favourite chutney, cos lettuce and the delicious mint yoghurt dressing
- To make the mint yoghurt dressing mix all remaining ingredients together and serve in a small bowl, garnish with chopped chives.
