General Terms and Conditions of Entry:
1. The promotion is offered by Hellers Limited (the “Promoter”) of 67 Main North Road, Kaiapoi 7644, Christchurch, NZ. By entering into this competition you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Employees of Hellers Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. The competition start and close times are outlined below. To enter, Text the unique code found on the specially marked Hellers products to 4368 to go in the draw to win a Taste Adventure to USA for two people up to the value of $13,000

4. The Promotion commences at 9am Monday 6 May 2024 and ends at 6.00pm Sunday 16 June 2024. Customers who present receipts after 6.00pm Sunday 16 June 2024, or after stock has run out will not be eligible to participate.

5. Texts to 4368 will occur a standard SMS message charge

6. Hellers, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of interacting through this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any other mobile service or function used to interact with this service.

7. All valid entries into the competition will receive a free reply of confirmation; in times of high entry volumes some delays may occur in the delivery of this reply message.

8. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database, NOT at the time of transmission by entrant.

9. Each unique code can only be used once; successfully received codes will qualify for 1 entry into the prize draw.

10. Participants take the prize at entirely their own risk and indemnify the Promoter and any suppliers associated with this Promotion in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may incur in connection with the prize.

11. The prize includes: Economy flights for two people from Auckland to Los Angeles and 6 nights accommodation. Travel to be used or booked by 31 October 2024.

12. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for non-receipt for any reason of a text message

13. Only mobile handsets operating on a New Zealand mobile network that supports the use or function of texting to a short code or business marketing code can interact with this promotion. Any mobile numbers operating on networks outside of New Zealand will not be entered into the competition. Please check with your mobile network provider for any issues that handset or mobile account related.

14. Prize will be drawn via random selection.

15. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify the prizewinner by phone. If the prizewinner cannot be contacted by phone then the prize will be re-drawn on Monday 24 June 2024.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

17. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotional Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

18. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

19. These terms and conditions will be posted on the www.hellers.co.nz for the duration of the competition.

20. In all matters the decision of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

21. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of the prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to state regulations, substitute a different prize or lesser value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions.

22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts.
