Sweet Chilli Pork Tender Wraps
Take this everyday go-to lunch, dinner or snack that has been around for decades to a new level with our delicious sweet chilli crunchy pork tenders!

Ingredients
- 4 large wraps
- 8 Hellers Sweet Chilli Pork Tenders
- 1/4 cucumber cut into thin strips
- 1/2 red pepper seeds removed cut into thin strips
- 1 carrot peeled, top removed and cut into thin strips
- assorted salad leaves
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- a small handful of coriander leaves
- mayo, sweet chilli sauce, your favourite condiments
- lime wedges
- wooden skewers
Method
Cook the sweet chilli pork tenders to the pack instructions
To assemble the wraps spread a little mayo and sweet chilli sauce along the middle of the wrap. Top with salad leaves and slices of cucumber, carrot and red pepper. Top with 2 sweet chilli pork tenders, a few spring onions and a dash more mayo. Fold one side of the wrap fully over the filling and roll away from you securing with a skewer. Repeat this process for remaining wraps
Heat a non stick fry pan with a little olive oil over medium heat. Add 1-2 wraps at a time and gently fry on one side then the other until golden brown. Remove from pan, cut in half and enjoy!

600g pack
