Tips and Tricks
- Meatballs will stay fresh in the fridge up to 3-4 days as long as they are not right at their expiry date. Transfer any leftover uncooked burgers to a clean labeled and dated sealable plastic container.
- To freeze place any leftover burgers or meatballs into snap lock bags and clearly label and date, they will keep up to 3 months in the freezer. You can place all unopened packaged burgers or meatballs straight into the freezer.
- To thaw place in the fridge overnight to allow them to defrost gently to maintain its structural integrity as much as possible.
