Tips and Tricks

  1. Meatballs will stay fresh in the fridge up to 3-4 days as long as they are not right at their expiry date. Transfer any leftover uncooked burgers to a clean labeled and dated sealable plastic container.
  2. To freeze place any leftover burgers or meatballs into snap lock bags and clearly label and date, they will keep up to 3 months in the freezer. You can place all unopened packaged burgers or meatballs straight into the freezer.
  3. To thaw meatballs, place in the fridge overnight to allow them to defrost gently to maintain their structural integrity as much as possible.
