How to Store Precooked Sausages

1. Precooked sausages once opened will stay fresh for 4-5 days in the fridge as long as they are not right on their expiry date.
2. To open the bag, gently use scissors to cut across the top this way you can simply reseal the bag with a plastic clip. If you prefer then a labeled snap lock bag or plastic sealed container is also ok.
3. To freeze place any leftover sausages into snap lock bags and clearly label and date, they will keep up to 3 months in the freezer. You can place all unopened packaged sausages straight into the freezer. To thaw place in the fridge overnight to allow them to defrost gently to maintain its structural integrity as much as possible.
