The winning recipe encompassed everything that Hellers was looking for, and its balanced combination of BBQ pork, honey, onion, garlic, chilli and paprika has been a huge hit with consumers.

Cooking instructions

Hellers New Yorker Porker sausage is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
