American BBQ Pork Poppers, Pepperoni, Potato Chips and Pickles
Have nachos just been reinvented?? Our take on the viral potato chip nachos is absolutely amazing with our American BBQ pork poppers and pepperoni! and pickles give it a delicious zing!

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hellers American BBQ Pork Poppers
- 1 pack Hellers Sliced Pepperoni cut into quarters
- 2 packs Snackachangi ready salted potato chips
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced and roughly chopped
- pickle slices
- 1 cup pizza cheese
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- small bunch of chives roughly chopped
- To serve; mayo and bbq sauce
Method
Preheat oven 190C
Cook American BBQ Pork Poppers to pack instructions
Onto a lined deep sided tray or dish spread out the potato chips and then scatter the pepperoni and cooked poppers on top. Decorate with red onions, sliced gherkins and sprinkle with cheese
Place into the hot oven and bake for 10 mins or until the cheese is melty and a little golden on the edges
To serve decorate with mayo, spring onions and chives and serve immediately
