Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pasta bows
- 5 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1-2 cos lettuce leaves chopped
- Handful Mizuna leaves
- 3 slices of Hellers Streaky Bacon
- Ranch dressing to serve
Method
- Grill the streaky bacon on a rack on a baking tray until crispy. Turn over with tongs and crisp up the other side, remove and roughly chop
- Toss together all the ingredients in a small bowl and then place into your lunchbox
- Pour the ranch dressing into a separate small container and drizzle over the salad when you are ready to eat
