BLT Pasta Salad

Make lunchtime a breeze with Hellers BLT Pasta Salad, featuring crispy streaky bacon. Prep it the night before for a quick, delicious meal that's perfect for work or school lunches!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pasta bows
  • 5 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1-2 cos lettuce leaves chopped
  • Handful Mizuna leaves
  • 3 slices of Hellers Streaky Bacon
  • Ranch dressing to serve

Method

  1. Grill the <a href="/product/streaky-bacon">streaky bacon</a> on a rack on a baking tray until crispy. Turn over with tongs and crisp up the other side, remove and roughly chop

  2. Toss together all the ingredients in a small bowl and then place into your lunchbox

  3. Pour the ranch dressing into a separate small container and drizzle over the salad when you are ready to eat
