  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 50g Hellers garlic and paprika salami chopped into quarters
  • 1/2 cup runny honey
  • 6 shots of tabasco sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • Optional: chili flakes
  • To serve: garlic bread or crusty warm buttered ciabatta

Method

  1. Preheat oven 200C
  2. Place the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano and salt into a medium bowl and using a spatula combine till smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over an oiled deep sided ovenproof pan or dish approx. 25cm diameter

  7. Combine the honey and the tabasco into a small bowl or jug and heat in the microwave for 20-30 secs until hot.
  8. Decorate the pizza dip with basil and chili flakes and drizzle with hot honey - make sure you have some hot honey on the side
  9. Place on table for your guests to enjoy with a basket of garlic bread for dipping
