INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 T sugar
- ½ cup sour cream or cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 thick slices of white bread or brioche or your favourite bread – slightly older bread works better there than fresh bread
- butter for cooking the French toast
- 500g Hellers Streaky Bacon to serve
- icing sugar
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
