  • 3 each London Pride sausages skins removed
  • 1 pack Ready rolled savoury short crust pastry defrosted
  • 1 Potato peeled and finely diced
  • 1 Kumara peeled and finely diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 25g butter
  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil
  • 1 small white onion finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves finely diced
  • 5cm knob of peeled fresh ginger finely diced
  • 2 small fresh rosemary sticks
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 egg
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • Apricot Chutney
