- 3 each London Pride sausages skins removed
- 1 pack Ready rolled savoury short crust pastry defrosted
- 1 Potato peeled and finely diced
- 1 Kumara peeled and finely diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 25g butter
- 2 tbsp rice bran oil
- 1 small white onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves finely diced
- 5cm knob of peeled fresh ginger finely diced
- 2 small fresh rosemary sticks
- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup peas
- 1 egg
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
- Apricot Chutney
