Mac, Ham ‘n’ Cheese
A comforting classic, Hellers Mac, Ham ‘n’ Cheese is the perfect lunch using leftover baked ham. Quick, cheesy, and delicious—it's a family favourite everyone will love!

Ingredients
- 300g macaroni pasta
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 500g cheese sauce store bought
- 125g sour cream
- 1.5 cups tasty cheese grated
- 1 pack Hellers Honey Baked Ham roughly chopped
- Either or a combination of chopped chives, tarragon or italian parsley
Add frozen peas or corn to save on making a side dish of veges!
Method
Preheat oven 180C
Stir the 2 tbsp of melted butter and panko breadcrumbs together in a small bowl set aside
Cook the pasta per the package instructions then drain in a colander and place back into the pot
Fold the cheese sauce, sour cream, half the grated cheese, <a href="/product/honey-baked-ham-off-the-bone">ham</a>, and herbs through the cooked pasta
Place into a buttered oven dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and the buttery breadcrumbs
Bake in the oven until bubbling on the sides and the top is caramelised
