Meatball Curry w Vegetables
Meatballs are so versatile, did you know they are even scrumptious in your favourite curry! We created this recipe with a korma base but experiment with your favourite curry and try it with any type of Hellers meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hellers Pork Meatballs
- 400g Korma Curry Sauce - we used Kitchen Creations
- 200ml coconut cream
- 8 baby carrots stalks removed or 2 large carrots peeled and cut into thumb size pieces
- 1 kumara peeled and diced into thumb size pieces
- 8 brocolli florets
- 16-20 green beans
- Almond slivers toasted [optional]
- Ready to heat rice
- coriander leaves
- flatbread to serve
- natural yogurt to serve
