Ingredients
- 4-6 cos leaves torn or roughly chopped
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 avocado roughly chopped
- 100g Hellers sliced BBQ Chicken
- Small handful of chives finely chopped
- Ranch Dressing
Method
- Place all the ingredients except the ranch dressing into a serving bowl
- Drizzle with a small amount of ranch dressing and toss gently
- Serve with extra dressing on the side
