Quick Barbeque Chicken Salad


  • 4-6 cos leaves torn or roughly chopped
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 avocado roughly chopped
  • 100g Hellers sliced BBQ Chicken
  • Small handful of chives finely chopped
  • Ranch Dressing


  1. Place all the ingredients except the ranch dressing into a serving bowl
  2. Drizzle with a small amount of ranch dressing and toss gently
  3. Serve with extra dressing on the side
