Spaghetti Bolognaise

I think we can all agree this is on everybody’s weekly meal circuit and we make it even simpler by using our simple Base Mince Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g roughly Hellers Base Mince recipe
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil leaves torn and extra to serve
  • 1 pack spaghetti
  • Grated parmesan and olive oil to serve

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti to the packets instructions then drain
  2. Heat the cooked mince base in a medium pot till piping hot
  3. To serve portion spaghetti into bowls and spoon over the mince
  4. Garnish with parmesan, basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil
  5. Serve with additional parmesan, basil leaves and sea salt at the table
