What you will need
- 4 Hellers Burger Patties
- 4 burger buns
- 8 cheese slices
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 4 tbsp american yellow mustard
- Dill pickle chips
- BBQ sauce
- Aioli
Method
- Combine the onions and mustard with a spoon in a small bowl and set aside
- Cook your burger patties on a BBQ or fry pan over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked. Add 2 slices of cheese and set aside to keep warm
- Cut the burger buns in half smear with bbq sauce and place cut side down onto the BBQ or fry pan and cook for about a minute until caramelised. remove and place onto a wooden board
- To assemble smear the cut side of the lid with aioli. Place the burger on the bottom half of the bun, top with mustard onions and a generous amount of dill pickles. Pop the lid on and repeat for the remaining burgers
- Serve with extra dill pickle chips
