Ingredients
- 4 Hellers Burger Patties
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 cheese slices
- 12 onion rings - extra to serve
- BBQ sauce
- Big Mac Mayo - see our website for the recipe or use store bought Burger Mayo
- Jalapenos
Method
- Cook your favourite Hellers burgers on the BBQ or in a fry pan over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked. Place a slice of cheese on top and set aside to keep warm - the cheese will melt onto the patty
- Cut your buns in half and smear the cut side with BBQ sauce. Place on the BBQ or a fry pan for about a minute over medium heat until the buns caramelise - remove onto a wooden chopping board
- To assemble smother the top of the cut side of the bun with Big Mac Mayo. Place the burger patty onto the bottom bun, top with 3 onion rings and a handful of jalapenos, place on the lid and repeat for the remaining burgers
- Serve with extra onion rings and jalapenos
