INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ketchup
- 100ml whisky of your choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup worchester sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 pieces Hellers streaky bacon
- 1/2 brown onion finely chopped
METHOD
- Cook streaky bacon until crispy then remove and dice into small pieces
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat on a medium to low temp for 5-10 minutes stirring well. Once all ingredients have heated let the sauce simmer and serve on your choice of meat or burgers!
