The Tattooed Butcher’s Jalapeno Lemon Garlic Aioli

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup aioli of choice
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 10g chopped parsley
- handful of chopped jalepeno
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (Or half a lemon squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and stir well then let the aioli sit overnight in the fridge before using, this way it will soak all the lemon & garlic in for ultimate flavour!
Serve with your favourite <a href="/product/angus-beef-burgers">Hellers Burgers</a> and toppings of your choice.
