The Tattooed Butcher’s Jalapeno Lemon Garlic Aioli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup aioli of choice
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 10g chopped parsley
  • handful of chopped jalepeno
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (Or half a lemon squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well then let the aioli sit overnight in the fridge before using, this way it will soak all the lemon & garlic in for ultimate flavour!
  2. Serve with your favourite Hellers Burgers and toppings of your choice.
