One Pan Creamy Tomato Fusilli with Salami

Ingredients
- 1 Hellers Mild Salami stick diced
- 500g Armando Il Fusillo Pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Crushed Garlic
- 680g bottle Tomato Passata
- 250ml water
- 250ml Cream
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Fresh thyme, snipped into pieces
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the onion until very soft. Add the garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the passata and water to the skillet and bring it to the boil. Reduce the heat, add the pasta, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is almost cooked.
- Toss the meatballs and sauce through the cooked pasta. Serve to the table in the pot or serve into individual bowls
- Stir in the cream, chopped salami, black pepper, thyme, and parmesan and cook uncovered for another 3 minutes.
- Check for seasoning and serve.
