Schnitzel with Katsu Curry
We love how easy and simple this is especially when you are in a hurry or exhausted from a busy day. A great one for the kids to make!

INGREDIENTS
- Hellers schnitzel
- Cooked rice
- Katsu golden curry
- To serve: sliced spring onions and crushed seaweed [optional]
METHOD
- Oven bake or air fry the schnitzel until thoroughly cooked
- Make the katsu curry sauce to the packet instructions - we find it simple to pop a cube or two into a heatproof jug and cover with a small amount of boiling water till dissolved. Break it up with a fork and add more water if too thick
- Heat or cook the rice
- To serve place all the rice and schnitzel onto the plate, top with spring onions and seaweed and serve with a side of katsu curry
