Schnitzel with Katsu Curry

We love how easy and simple this is especially when you are in a hurry or exhausted from a busy day. A great one for the kids to make!

INGREDIENTS

  • Hellers schnitzel
  • Cooked rice
  • Katsu golden curry
  • To serve: sliced spring onions and crushed seaweed [optional]

METHOD

  1. Oven bake or air fry the schnitzel until thoroughly cooked
  2. Make the katsu curry sauce to the packet instructions - we find it simple to pop a cube or two into a heatproof jug and cover with a small amount of boiling water till dissolved. Break it up with a fork and add more water if too thick
  3. Heat or cook the rice
  4. To serve place all the rice and schnitzel onto the plate, top with spring onions and seaweed and serve with a side of katsu curry
