- Mash potato
- Peas - frozen
- Corn on the cob - husks removed
- Gravy ready made
- Butter to serve
METHOD
- Start by making the mash potato and set aside to keep warm
- Oven bake or air fry the schnitzel until fully cooked
- Meanwhile cook the corn and the peas and heat the gravy
- Serve immediately with butter for the corn and a extra gravy
