Schnitzel with Mash and Gravy

INGREDIENTS

  • Hellers schnitzel
  • Mash potato
  • Peas - frozen
  • Corn on the cob - husks removed
  • Gravy ready made
  • Butter to serve

METHOD

  1. Start by making the mash potato and set aside to keep warm
  2. Oven bake or air fry the schnitzel until fully cooked
  3. Meanwhile cook the corn and the peas and heat the gravy
  4. Serve immediately with butter for the corn and a extra gravy
