This pub classic made simple with Hellers schnitzel – dinner on the table in under 20 mins!

INGREDIENTS

  • Hellers schnitzel
  • Pasta sauce
  • Grated mozzarella or sliced fresh mozzarella
  • To serve:
  • Fries or wedges
  • Green salad leaves
  • oven baked vine tomatoes [optional]
  • Basil leaves

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven and place your schnitzel into a lined or greased baking dish [or the air fryer] and cover with 2-3 large spoonful of pasta sauce
  2. Top each schnitzel with mozzarella and drizzle with a dash of olive oil
  3. Bake until golden and thoroughly cooked - cook the fries or wedges at the same time on a lined baking tray
  4. serve with a sprinkle of sea salt, fries and a green salad
