INGREDIENTS

  • 4 x rashers Hellers Manuka Smoked Streaky Bacon 400g
  • 2 x Hellers Pork Katsu Burgers
  • 4 slices Dark Rye
  • Pre brought Caesar Dressing
  • Mexican Street Corn Salad Mix – pre-blended easy pack
  1. In a large frying pan, cook the bacon rashers over medium high heat until crispy, then set aside.
  2. Cook two Hellers Katsu Burgers according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Mix a couple of spoonfuls of salad with some of the dressing that comes with it.
  4. Toast the bread and spread with some Caesar dressing (a tasty alternative to butter!).
  5. Layer up the bacon, katsu burger, and salad on the bottom pieces of toasted rye bread and top with another piece. Enjoy straight away.
