Smokey Bratwurst Tacos with Chipotle & Chedd
Smokey bratwursts wrapped in warm tacos with spicy chipotle, melted cheddar and fresh toppings. A bold, flavour-packed twist on tacos, perfect for easy dinners or sharing.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hellers Smokey Brats
- 6 soft shell tacos
- Iceberg lettuce finely chopped
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- Grated cheddar
- Guacamole
- Chipotle salsa or a spicy tomato salsa
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Fresh limes
- Jalapenos optional
Method
- Cook the Jumbo Brats thoroughly in a fry pan or on a bbq. Cut into smaller chunks and place into a medium bowl with a large spoonful of chipotle salsa - toss together to coat
- Warm the tacos in the microwave or oven or over your bbq
- Layer into the warm taco shells iceberg lettuce, grated cheddar, smokey brats tossed in chipotle salsa, guacamole and spring onions
- Garnish with coriander leaves, jalapenos and a squeeze of fresh lime
- Serve with extra chipotle salsa and sour cream
