Ingredients
- 4 slices of fresh bread
- 6 slices of Hellers Streaky Bacon
- Butter softened
- Seasoning optional
Method
- Grill the streaky bacon on a rack on a baking tray until crispy, turn over with tongs and crisp up the other side
- While the bacon is grilling butter all 4 slices of bread
- Place the hot bacon straight onto one slice of buttered bread – 3 slices of bacon per slice of bread. Top with remaining buttered bread slice and cut in half or triangles
- Pop it into your lunchbox and good luck not eating it before lunchtime!
