Pork Katsu Burgers w Sesame Miso Slaw & Nori Fries
These burgers are sooooo good. So simple with only a few ingredients that make our incredibly crunchy and yummy pork katsu burgers shine!

Ingredients
- 4 Hellers Crunchy Katsu Pork Burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 3 cups finely shredded white cabbage
- 2 spring onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup kewpie mayo
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seed dressing
- 1 tsp white miso paste
- 4 tbsp soft butter
- Tonkatsu sauce
- To serve:
- Kewpie mayo and tonkatsu sauce swirled together
- Shoestring fries with nori powder to season
Method
Cook the crunchy katsu pork burgers to the pack instructions
Make the coleslaw dressing by folding together the mayo, sesame dressing and miso paste until well combined in a medium bowl. Add the cabbage and spring onions and toss through until evenly coated
Butter the inside top and bottom of the hamburger buns and then fry butter side down in a fry pan over medium heat until golden - this only takes 30 secs or so, make sure you keep an eye on them
To assemble spread the bottom bun with tonkatsu sauce, top with the crunchy katsu pork burger, layer the coleslaw up high on top and then spread the top bun with mayo and pop on top
Serve with shoestring fries tossed in nori powder and sea salt with a generous side of mayo with a good dash off tonkatsu sauce swirled through it
