Breakfast Bacon Garlic Butter Ramen

This dish can be served anytime of the day and is so quick and great value for money - just like Carbonara you stir through the egg mixture and serve!

VALUE breakfast bacon and garlic butter ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 ramen noodle packs
  • 1/2 cup bacon garlic butter – find the recipe on our website
  • 4 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • To serve: your favourite hot sauce

Method

  1. Cook the noodles to the pack instructions then drain, saving 1/4 cup of cooking water to loosen sauce later, if needed

  2. Add the grated cheese to the whisked eggs and a couple of twist of cracked pepper

  3. Place the <a href="/recipe/bacon-garlic-butter">bacon garlic butter</a> into a large fry pan over medium heat and immediately add the drained noodles. Toss the noodles through gently, add the spring onions and after 1 minute turn off the heat

  4. Pour egg-cheese mixture into the fry pan and toss, allowing the mixture to coat the noodles for a minute in the pan

  5. Divide between bowls. Garnish with extra spring onions

  6. Serve with your favourite hot sauce
